What kind of guarantees do you offer?

We guarantee that by working with us, you will receive a 3-year residence permit. This will be specified in the service agreement.

How much tax does a digital nomad pay?

For example, if you’re earning the minimum wage required to obtain a residence permit under the Digital Nomad program, you’ll need to pay a social security contribution of 80 euros per month during the first year.

In the second year, the amount will increase to approximately 300–400 euros.

You’ll also need to pay income tax on a progressive scale ranging from 19% to 47%, which will amount to approximately 24–30% of your net income.

To make this clearer, here’s a formula: for example, let’s say you earned 30,240 euros in a year and paid 960 euros in social security contributions as an Autónomo (self-employed individual).

This leaves you with €29,280 in net income. Next, you’ll need to pay income tax—let’s say 25%—which amounts to €7,560.

In total, out of the €30,240 you earned in a year, you’ll pay €8,520, which works out to about €710 per month.

It’s important to note that there are ways to optimize your tax situation, such as deducting VAT (IVA) from your tax liability.

This deduction is possible if you report expenses related to your business activities, such as the purchase of a laptop or phone, utility bills if you use your apartment as an office, and so on.

This way, you can optimize your tax burden.

How do I apply?

To apply, simply contact us. Our attorneys, who specialize in Spanish immigration law, will assist you with the process. We promise that you will receive a residence permit. If something goes wrong and your application is denied, we will appeal the decision at no cost to you and guarantee a successful outcome.

How long does it take to process an application?

  1. You'll receive a response quickly—within 20 days. If you don't hear back within that time, you'll automatically be granted a residence permit in Spain.

  2. You can apply from either Spain or your current country.

  3. If you are applying from Spain, a Schengen visa valid for 2–3 days will be sufficient.

How do I move with my family?

If you plan to bring your family with you, you will need an additional 993 euros for the first family member and 331 euros for each additional family member.

How much does it cost to get a residence permit?

The price for our services is determined during a consultation. Everyone’s situation is different, and most often a personalized approach is needed to assess the cost of our work.
