Can I get a residence permit in Spain if I work remotely for a non-European company?
Yes, that’s what the Digital Nomad visa is for. The main requirement is a verified monthly income of €3,175. Our attorneys will help you prepare a set of documents that meets the requirements of the Spanish Immigration Service (Extranjería).
How long does it take to start a company in Spain?
On average, the process of registering a company (Sociedad Limitada) takes between 3 and 6 weeks. This includes obtaining an NIE for the founders, opening a bank account, drafting the articles of incorporation, and registering the company with a notary. We guide you through every step, expediting the process.
I bought a property in Spain. Can I get a residence permit right away?
If the property is valued at €500,000 or more (excluding the mortgage), you may be eligible for an investor’s residence permit (“Golden Visa”). If the amount is less than that, purchasing the property is a plus, but not a direct basis for obtaining a residence permit. We can help you find another type of residence permit.
What is an NIE, and why is it needed?
The NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) is a foreigner’s identification number required for all financial and legal transactions in Spain: from buying real estate to opening a bank account. We help you obtain your NIE both in Spain and through the consulate.
What is the difference between the services of a "gestor" and those of a lawyer (abogado)?
Hestor handles administrative and paperwork tasks, but is not authorized to represent your interests in court or provide comprehensive legal advice on complex matters. An attorney is a licensed lawyer who can handle your case from start to finish, including court proceedings, and is professionally liable for their actions.
Do you handle visa and residence permit denials?
