The law does not specify a minimum investment amount. What if ENISA rejects my business plan?

Can I hire employees?

Yes, a single project can have up to 5 founding applicants. However, each participant’s background and experience must be clearly described in the business plan, and each must play a key role in the project.
What is the main difference between a startup visa and an investor residence permit?
An investor residence permit (“Golden Visa”) requires a passive investment of at least €500,000 in existing assets (real estate, stocks). A startup visa does not require a fixed investment, but it does require the creation of a new, innovative business that will actively grow and create jobs.
